The goal of the NFDA Executive Roundtable program is to help funeral home owners improve their businesses by making more money in less time with fewer headaches and higher quality of life.
What is an Executive Roundtable?
An NFDA Executive Roundtable group consists of seven to ten non-competing NFDA members whose firms are similar in size and scope of work. Groups meet twice per year at pre-designated host sites for peer review, open sharing, and discussion of industry issues, profit opportunities, and business building strategies.
