Vendor Alert!

NFDA has received reports from several vendors exhibiting at the 2007 NFDA International Convention & Expo in Las Vegas that they have received misleading phone calls from an outfit called "Conventional Housing." This group is calling vendors and claiming to be a representative of NFDA, which is not true and also stating that the Las Vegas Hilton, which is NFDA's host hotel, is sold out, with is also not true. They are an unaffiliated housing bureau that is trying to book unsuspecting vendors at other Las Vegas hotels for a fee.

NFDA's legal counsel has contacted "Conventional Housing" and requested that they immediately cease any contact with our vendors. If you have been contacted by someone representing this firm, please contact Jane Marie Alberti at jalberti@nfda.org or
