The workshops were selected by NFDA-member funeral directors to help convention attendees grow their businesses and better serve families. They offered practical ideas to help funeral directors manage their everyday challenges.

Recordings are available in two formats: a CD that includes the audio recording of the workshop and a DVD that include the presenter's PowerPoint presentation synced with audio recording.
