As part of the Pursuit of Excellence program’s entry process, funeral homes are asked to submit an essay describing an innovative and creative program or service that benefits the families or communities involved. Up to 10 essays will be chosen as the program’s “Best of the Best.” This year, five firms were chosen to receive this prestigious award.
